We offer two delivery methods for your adventure timeline:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently cannot ship to parts of Asia and certain remote locations.

5.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the package. Please inspect deliveries immediately for transit damage.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our gear with a 15-day return window from delivery date:

• Items must be unworn with tags attached
• Original packaging required for waterproof items
• Free returns for defective items

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Leggings (intimate fit)
• Shirts & Long-sleeved tops with removed tags
• Items showing signs of wear

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, via original payment method. Bank processing may take additional 3-10 days.

6.4 Exchange Process

For exchanges of gilets, outdoor jeans, or other gear:

• Follow standard return process indicating “exchange”
• Specify desired size/color alternative
• Free shipping on all exchanges
